SPIRITUAL SPOTLIGHT

Students in the Sanctuary
Leading Prayer during Liturgy

Our Father
At our Tuesday morning Liturgy as all gathered were about to pray the Lord's Prayer, Fr. Yost invited the students to come to the Sanctuary if they knew what we were going to do next. "Come on up. Yes, come on up!," he said as the students rose from their pews and walked up the aisles e
xcitedly. With big smiles on their faces, the students led our school community in praying the Our Father as Fr. Yost held his microphone out so all could hear this harmony of faithful children's voices praying as one. We are thankful to Fr. Yost for celebrating Mass at Holy Name for our pastor Msgr. Zenz and for his inspiring invitation to the students encouraging their leadership and joy in our Catholic faith. This was such a special spiritual experience for the students. We welcome you to join us at our Tuesday morning Liturgies to share in our joyfilled experience of worship.
