All parents are invited to attend the first Parent Service Organization (PSO) meeting of the 2022-23 school year. It's a great opportunity to learn about what's going on, meet other parents, and get involved with the activities at Holy Name School; attending PSO meetings can be really helpful for new families. The first meeting of the year starts at 8:30 a.m. in the cafeteria; meetings are held on a monthly basis. Come and bring a friend!

Lunches must be ordered at least seven days prior to the serve date. If you have not ordered a lunch for your student at least a week beforehand, please be sure to send them to school with a packed lunch.

Come join the Holy Name Parish Family on Sunday, September 11, for mass at Booth Park! Both the 10 a.m. and 12 noon masses will take place outdoors at Booth Park. Bring a blanket or a chair to sit on, and share and celebrate your faith in a unique and special way. The Knights of Columbus will be collecting nonperishable food to benefit Angels' Place. This collection will only take place at Mass on the Grass.

Robotics Club begins for students who have registered to attend.

Students should dress in their Sunday best for picture day. Pictures may be ordered prior to this day online. Information about ordering will be sent home Monday, August 29, so check your child's backpack that day.

Parents and families are welcome to join Holy Name staff and students at our weekly school masses. Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. Tuesdays in the church.

Robotics Club will be held in the cafeteria for all 2nd and 3rd grade students who have registered for the program.

This important safety meeting, led by our school safety liaison, Birmingham PD Detective Alex Linke, and Officer Gina Moody, the Birmingham PD's Community Resource Services officer, will be held in St. Anne's Hall, just off the Gathering Space near the church. There will be a presentation as well as a Q&A session. All parents are welcome.

The first enrichment assembly of the school year takes place at 2 p.m. in the gym and will feature Flamenco dancers. Parents are welcome to attend.

Enjoy muffins and mimosas while shopping with other Holy Name moms and friends at Evereve, 138 S. Old Woodward, Birmingham. Fifteen percent of all purchases will be donated to Holy Name School. For more information, contact Lauren Smith (248-361-1595) or Margaret Hulgrave (408-230-6830).
